1. Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:

• Defective or damaged

• Incorrect item received

• Significantly different from the product description

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos along with your order details.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout, or store credit may be provided based on your preference.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (such as sending the wrong or defective item).

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

✔ Original packaging must be intact
✔ All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
